Proposed launch privacy outline for Rozah. Final policy must reflect the implemented systems, retention schedule, vendors, and launch jurisdictions.
Information collected
Rozah processes account details, professional and practice profiles, job and candidacy activity, messages, interview proposals, billing identifiers, support requests, and uploaded documents when users choose to provide them.
Professional visibility
Live professional search is restricted to eligible authenticated practice users. Email, phone, exact home address, license numbers, and private document paths are not displayed in search.
Documents
Resumes and credential documents use private storage and authorization-controlled access. Review summaries may appear on eligible profiles without revealing the underlying file.
Retention and deletion
Users may request deletion. Rozah deletes or anonymizes information according to its published retention schedule, subject to limited billing, fraud, safety, backup, and legal exceptions.
