Represent yourself accurately

Keep profiles, qualifications, practice information and job details truthful and current. Post genuine opportunities with accurate compensation and schedules. Do not impersonate another person or organization, misrepresent a license, or ask anyone to work outside their lawful authority.

Keep outreach relevant

Use invitations and messages for opportunities relevant to the professional’s experience and preferences. Respect a decline or a request to stop contact. Do not send spam, unrelated sales pitches or requests for payment to access a job.

Communicate respectfully

Harassment, threats, unlawful discrimination and abusive content are not allowed. Do not bypass a block, pressure someone to respond or create another account to continue unwanted contact.

Protect private information

Use candidate information only for authorized hiring purposes. Do not upload patient-identifiable information, protected health information or confidential records. Share only portfolio material you have the right and necessary consent to use, with identifying patient information removed.

Report a concern

Use the flag icon in Messages to report a conversation. To raise a concern about a job, profile or other activity, contact Rozah Support with enough detail for us to review it. Reporting does not automatically block someone; use the separate block control to stop contact.

Authorized reviewers may examine the report and related conversation. Rozah may contact you using your verified account email. Reports are not shown to the other party. We may restrict or remove content or accounts that violate these guidelines or create a safety risk.
